After School Enrichment Programs We are very proud to offer another session of after school enrichment programs! Our goal is to provide fun, educational, and enriching activities to enhance your child's development. Most classes will run for one hour, once a week for 6 weeks. The program fee is $35, when needed, there may be an additional materials fee. The fee will be listed in the brochure under the class description. Please make sure you note the location of the program. This will effect the start and ending times for the classes. After School Enrichment Program Announcement Letter Brochure and Registration Form will be sent home with your child on or about Friday, August 22nd. The registration deadline is September 5th. Classes are limited and will be filled on a lottery basis. Please complete the registration form and return it to your child's teacher or email the registration form or information to Lisa Christel at LChristel@trainsetsonly.com by September 5th. If you are emailing the registration form you must send the payment (with any additional material fee) to school with your child. Classes fill fast. We are fortunate to have teachers that are willing to teach 2 sessions of some classes in an attempt to accommodate the large number of children that sign up. Our goal is not to turn any child away, but in order to maintain a quality program, we must limit the number of students in a class. We also require a minimum of 10 students in order to run a class. You may sign up for a class a different school, keeping in mind the suggested age ranges and start times for each class. Bus transportation to is possible from the Junior High to Anna McDonald, and from Anna McDonald to Wilson Creek. It will not be possible from the Junior High to Wilson Creek. Arrangements must be made with Nancy Popp at extension 3. Parents must arrange pick up for their children at the ending time listed for each class -no supervision will be provided after these times. Please remember to be prompt in picking up your child. Teachers should not have to wait more than 5 minutes for rides. We will be opening registration up to those children who attend St. Joseph's School. Priority will be given to Manhattan District 114 students up until the deadline of September 15th at that time we will open registration to St. Joe's students. Any registrations received after the deadline will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Downloadable Forms are in pdf format
